Production Technician (Offshore)

- Working offshore on RANG DONG OILFIELD, within a multi-disciplined operations team, efficiently operate and carry out prodution activities on the process and utility systems as directed by the Lead Production Operator within the installation Safety Management. System and to the standards demanded by regulatory authorities.
Key Tasks:
Ensure familiarization with procedures and manegement systems.
- Ensure complete familiarization with the entire platform systems, plant and equipment, and the supporting information such as P&ID, Plot plans, equipment lists, ect.
- Become proficient in the use of the Permit to Work system.
- Conduct platform operations according to control room requirements.
- Monitor all equipment for safe operations and report defects immediately.
- Assist on Permit to Work activities, and ensure a clean area on completion of work and before permit is signed off.
- Replenish all tote tanks and storage tanks with the correct liquids and chemicals for ongoing operational requirements.
- Assist maintenance personnel as required.
- Carry out operational routines and check-ups.
- Carry out tasks instructed by lead production operator or production supervisor.
- Carry out the general laboratory tasks as instructed and required
- Achieve own progress in the competency system.
- Work and develop a Team culture.
• Working rotation:3 weeks on/3 weeks off
