Job summary
We're looking for a Production Technology Engineer to join our Production Technology team. This position is open to candidates who have experience in NPI, NPD, PM or PMO role. You will R&R to tracking closely the plan for humanoid robot development phases and ensure all parts and production readiness in each build phase. You will coordinate and work with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, [protected info] ensure meet the production target of stages.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and experience
Bachelor's degree, technical major, Industrial Systems Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management are preferred.
Having 3-5 years working experience in product development from R&D to the manufacturing environment.
Having 3-5 years working experience in NPI or NPD is a plus.
Having the background and 3-5 experience in PM, PMO & R&D is a plus
Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills.
Experience in the high-volume robotics industry is plus
Demonstrated experience managing complex project schedules with tight deadlines
Good understanding of material, tooling and mechanical manufacturing processes
Ability to read technical drawings
Able to provide advice on technical decision and trouble shooting
Experience working onsite with manufacturers and suppliers, driving schedule and issues resolution
Experience to build or working on BOM structure
Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
Personality/ Attitude
Good in influencing and being passionate in working with people and resolving issues through constructive confrontation
Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods, data driven mindset
Proven strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills required for effective presentations

JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and manage product development and production plans
Execute and control component planning during the product development phase (Plan for Every Part - PFEP)
Review and transfer technical documentation, drawings, and processes from R&D to manufacturing
Assess feasibility and readiness of R&D designs for implementation on existing production lines
Standardize and manage technology transfer processes between R&D and manufacturing
Lead trial runs, pilot production, scale-up, and process/formula optimization
Train and align production teams on processes, equipment, and operating standards
Monitor and support first production runs to ensure quality and performance targets are met
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, and Production to resolve technical issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and productivity
