PRODUCTION TRAINEE

Shortlisted candidate should demonstrate core skills, which include understanding company safety policies, knowledge of product line and manufacturing standards. The normal operating duties are listed below and may change depending on unforeseen circumstances or are assigned by supervision for the success of the operation.
· Responsible for each assembly line, overseeing the production team to meet quality and quantity standards, ensuring the production of high quality products and value at the lowest cost.
· Plan and supervise daily consumable materials to meet the production requirements
· Labor safety training for unskilled workers to operate machines safely and efficiently
· Regularly guiding operators to identify and solve any problem to ensure safety issues.
· Accomplish other duties as assigned.
