- Well understand the overall product knowledge, process, technology of all product lines in Avery Dennison
- Lead the projects as assigned
- Strongly follow up, coordinate with relevant parties to remove obstacles timely
- Strong analytical thinking & proactive approach for proposals/alternative solutions to drive for best result
- Facilitate the discussion, communication, meeting... with related persons when needed to make sure every person clear role & responsibility in right time
- Period reports are sent out to Supervisors & team for progress update

1. Academic background: Bachelor's Degree
2. Job experience:
- 2-3+ years working on manufacturing industry
- Prefer: have experience in leading project
3. Skills:
- Good communication, written & verbal skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Good organizational skills, detailed oriented and follow-up skills
- Strong driven & execution across functions
- Proactive person, risky sense, good agility in term of new knowledge
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, power point...
