Mô tả công việc
- Manage the customer relationship road map from a strategic relationship perspective.
- Negotiate contract terms and/or amend established contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.
- Demonstrate strategic capability to look beyond the customer and understand the end market and industry.
- Own the execution of operational SLA delivery and escalations.
- Be responsible for projects Profit & Loss (P&L) as well as contract pricing.
- Define/ Manage the team's organizational structure to effectively support customer contract terms and SLAs.
- Manage the performance, development, and reward allocation for direct reports.
- Take full responsibility for continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of 50 employees minimum.
- Report directly to the Global Head of Professional Services.
Yêu cầu
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced contract and negotiation knowledge with experience at a more strategic level.
- Strong proficiency in Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Leadership/people-management skills.
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Strong financial and analytical ability
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Degree in Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years work-related experience required, preferably in IT Professional Services fields.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience required.
