1. Managing Request For Quote activity (RFQ)
2. Managing Prototype Build phase (NPI build)
3. Managing Change of BOM/ Design during Prototype phase
4. Main communication window between Unigen and Customer for the new project
5. Ensuring the readiness for mass production when handover to Production Program management.
6. Ensuring NDA sign with Customer
7. Ensuring MSA sign with Customer
8. Monthly RFQ Analysis report to Top Managements
Yêu cầu
Engineering:
- Capable to read and understanding the Electronic Bill of Material (BOM)
- Capable to read and understanding the Engineering Drawing (Assembly, Mechanical Part...)
- Using related engineering software (CAM, CAD...) to review the engineering drawing
- Understanding about IE (Industrial Engineering)
- Understanding about SMT process, PTH, AI processes, backend, and Assembly box build.
- Understanding Hardness cable assembly
Language:
- English writing, reading, listening, and speaking (for communicate with Customer from various countries)
Computer:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Email using skill
Program/Project Management
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Job planning and time management
- Experience in leading the team and work assignment for team members.
