- Điều phối và theo dõi tiến độ các hạng mục thuộc dự án.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ và cập nhật hồ sơ dự án, hợp đồng, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và hồ sơ thanh toán.
- Theo dõi quy trình mua hàng (PR/PO), thanh toán và các chứng từ liên quan.
- Tổng hợp báo cáo định kỳ, cập nhật tiến độ và các vấn đề phát sinh cho
quản lý dự án.
- Tổ chức, ghi nhận biên bản họp và theo dõi việc thực hiện các đầu việc sau cuộc họp.
- Phối hợp với nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dự án.
- Hỗ trợ giám sát tiến độ triển khai thực tế tại công trường và các địa điểm dự án.
- Theo dõi hồ sơ pháp lý, PCCC, HSE và các giấy phép vận hành theo yêu cầu.
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị báo cáo và tài liệu song ngữ Việt - Anh.
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation, contracts, technical records, and payment files.
- Support procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and payment tracking.
- Prepare and consolidate project reports, progress updates, and action trackers.
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project implementation, construction progress, and operational readiness activities.
- Track regulatory and operational documentation, including fire safety, HSE, environmental compliance, and operating permits.
- Prepare bilingual reports and presentations (Vietnamese - English) for management and international stakeholders.

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.
- Có từ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Project Admin, Project Coordinator, Site Admin hoặc vị trí tương đương.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý hồ sơ dự án, hợp đồng, thanh toán hoặc mua hàng.
- Hiểu biết quy trình PR - PO - Payment là một lợi thế.

* REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role such as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Administrator, or Project Assistant.
- Good English communication and document comprehension skills.
- Experience managing project documentation, contracts, procurement, and payment processes.
- Understanding of PR-PO-Payment workflows is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and online meeting platforms.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and highly organized.
