We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager in the Automation and Robotics Department. Our team leads automation and innovation initiatives that integrate robotic arms into toy manufacturing, driving efficiency, precision, and innovation across our production lines.
* Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations
- Report accurately on a technical level to Operations Manager
- Keep track of daily tasks, weekly plan, and key goals according to the plans of the Operations Manager
- Monitor the progress of Robotics Technicians and Tooling Technicians
- Assist in keeping the department on schedule
- Independent problem solving skills - have the judgement resolve minor issues with minimal guidance
- Daily Administration
- Maintain technical production documents
- Communicate meeting and event schedule to relevant parties
- Take meeting notes
- Data & Inventory Tracking
- Manage input/output from the warehouse and monitor inventory levels
- Track and receive incoming shipments
- Track damaged items and analyse the root causes
- Improve current warehouse inventory system
- Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and risks
- Open to developing new technical skills on the job
- Pass basic robotics technician training programme
- Understand the fundamentals of industrial automation (pneumatics, signal transmission and communication, sensors, motors, PLC, 6-axis robots)
* Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break)
