POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Project Assistant
Department: Operations
Report to: Senior
Project ManagerLocation: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward (D.12), HCMC
Working time: 1:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage German client accounts by maintaining effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project operations.
Resolve operational issues and respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and service quality.
Prepare project reports and participate in client and internal meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in German (both spoken and written), minimum B2 level.
Experience in project management and team management is an advantage.
Strong coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Available to work overtime during holidays and Lunar New Year.
