Commercial Input Consolidation (Primary)
Collect, consolidate, and validate inputs from Commercial stakeholders (CDs, GBM, KAM) required for demand & supply planning.
Ensure all data and inputs align with project timelines and accuracy standards.
Maintain updated trackers, summaries, and documentation for key commercial inputs.
Project Coordination & Support
Support Commercial Business Owner in coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment between Commercial teams and the project team.
Follow up with relevant departments to close action items and ensure timely delivery of required inputs.
Assist in preparing meeting notes, summaries, reports, and follow-up actions.
Risk Reduction & Information Management
Reduce risks of delays or errors in project deliverables by ensuring information is organized, complete, and ready for use.
Act as a single point of contact for collecting and clarifying inputs from various stakeholders, especially during periods when the Business Owner is unavailable.
Maintain structured, accessible documentation for auditability and ease of review.
