Project Controller

Job Content
- Working with the client and the engineering team, determines project objectives and develop a comprehensive project plan, outline project requirements.
- Assisting in initial project set-up, short-term planning, overall project scheduling duties and budget for the project.
- Monitor and evaluate budgetary and deadline goals in each step of a project.
- Oversee, identify plan deviations, report to project managers to discuss the progress of each project, staffing needs, schedule changes, project scope adjustments and update the schedule and budget accordingly.
- Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control
- Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of project development and completion
- Implementing company standard project controls processes and procedures
- Assisting with troubleshooting of projects
- Other duties assigned by managers.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experiences on expertise fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills.
• Time-management, job-management to work under high pressure.
• High aptitude in problem-solving skills.
• Ability to select, process, and use information well.
• Willing to learn, good communication skills in VN and English.
