- Master planning for development project: follow up and monitoring consultant in design period for controlling quality of design that be ensure to meet with requirement and relevant standard.
- Building design: follow up and monitor consultant work in design period and coordinate with supervisor and contractor in construction period.
- Liaise with Authorities for co-ordination/ seeking of approval for related works.
- To plan for project development included design and construction.
- Prepare letters to authorities. Meet and discuss with relevant Provincial Departments to get the work done.
- Collect information from all related departments and division. Prepare reports
- Strategic planning and
business development.
- Project and operations management.
- Internal relations and public affairs especially related departments and divisions.
- Willingness to work extra hours (if necessary).
- Other works assigned by GD.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Project Management/ Industrial Management or a related field with experience in related construction project management.
- Have knowledge/experience in ISO 9001.
- Years of relevant experience: ≥ 08 years
Knowledge:
- University graduate in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Project Management/ Industrial Management or a related field.
- The major is in Architecture or Civil Engineer and at least 8 years of experience relating management construction of infrastructure work and building work.
- Experience in handling at least one complete cycle of a property development project.
- Ideally, experience in IP development.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of the industrial park industry, including relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
