Project Coordinator Project Manager Assistant

• In charge of a specific project or any other projects for a customer, as a Project Manager, you must:

1. Ensure the project requirements are clear and well understood by the stakeholders
2. If necessary, review/qualify/update the requirements with the requester and the technical teams
3. Define/adapt the organization to deliver the project, in compliance with cost constraints
4. Plan, coordinate, oversee the delivery of the project, internally and with the customers
5. Document all the aspects of the project you are working on
6. Deliver the projects to the operations support team

• Ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and supported by the other departments,
• Report to the upper management the progress and risks of the projects
• Project Managers might work by themselves or oversee a team to get the project completed
• Depending on their seniority and on the size and complexity of the project, Project Managers can be responsible for a portfolio of projects, managed by themselves or other project managers
• Project Managers may work in various fields from technical/IT to Human Resources management.

Must have

• At least 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager
• Experience in team & stakeholders management,
• Strict dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards
• Problem solving mindset and skills, with the ability to communicate and organize the discussion and work toward resolution of the issues
• Comprehensive knowledge in IT Infrastructure Production environment
• P&L management
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and ability to relate effectively to users at all levels.

Nice to have

• BSc/MSc in Business Administrator or equivalent
• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation is a plus
• Public Cloud Foundation level is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Project mgt Certification is a plus
