Project Coordinator

Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for performing the consultant role on Skedulo implementation projects and working with the project team to ensure a successful project delivery where the customer achieves their intended business value outcomes. This will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage the project's scope and timelines, utilize the implementation resources allocation and control the quality of deliverables.
This position reports to the Delivery Manager and works closely with Project Management, Technical Development, Solution Architecture and Technical Support teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with relevant stakeholders to manage the resources allocation on multiple regions / multiple projects.
Work with PMs to control the project timeframes and deliverables.
In cooperation with the development team and PMs to participate in and/or lead the development sprints and conduct the sprints' demo.
Evaluating project quality and escalating quality issues to PM in time.
In cooperation with PMs, SAs to detect out-scope requirements and organise them into change requests.
Work with line managers and regional directors on hiring plans based on the project pipeline.
Provide the development team's performance report.
Provide the project reports.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualifications
At least 5 years working in the software development industry.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experienced in project planning, impact analysis, and execution of activities related to the implementation of business requirements for new or existing systems
Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
Desired skills/experience
A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge, and apply new skills in a high-paced environment.
Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools.
Experience in Business and Functional Requirement Analysis, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) approaches methodologies and tools.
Experienced working with Salesforce platform or CRM systems.
Experienced working with Agile methodology.
Desired candidates enjoy problem-solving while learning, developing, and applying new skills along the way.
Beneficial to have a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk.
Beneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed teams
