Mô tả công việc
• Manage customer onboarding projects, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of Qarma's solutions. A key part of this is understanding the customer's business process and match that with the Qarma solution.
• Provide product support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily contact with customers, understanding their requirements, and aligning our solution to their specific needs. Yes, you will be going onsite with customers. This is not just a desktop role.
• Drive and maintain customer success initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support, to maximize customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers both online and on site, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize Qarma.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Yêu cầu
• Experience from international company involved in supply chain, quality assurance, production or sourcing.
• Min 3 years of experience in customer success or project management roles.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
• A strong project manager - you run at high speed and enjoy having many projects underway communicating with a broad network of people internally and externally.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
