Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Lodgis Investments Team on development projects including second-home projects (condotels and villas for sale) and/or traditional hotels. While most of the responsibilities will center around The Grand Ho Tram Project, there will also be occasional development workstreams for Lodgis or Fusion Hotel Management Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of a multi-phase, multi-component integrated resort development project (Phase 3 of The Grand Ho Tram Strip). While this project will be managed by an external Development Manager, the Lodgis Development Director will monitor and review the works of the Development Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure Lodgis' interests are protected.
• Monitor project timeline, budget, resources and provide regular internal updates.
Provide recommendations to Lodgis Senior Management on project-related matters.
• Identify and work with Development Manager to mitigate project risks and issues. Resolve project-related conflicts and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, Development Manager, and other partners.
Yêu cầu
• University qualification in Real Estate or Civil Engineering, Economics, or Finance. A relevant MBA will be an advantage;
• At least 3 years at comparable senior management level.
• Proven track record of successfully managing similar development projects; experience with hospitality projects is an advantage.
• Well-versed in real estate development and be familiar with the entire real estate development cycle including project/authority approvals.
• Good business acumen and financial understanding.
• Ability to assemble and monitor critical path network analyses.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English skills - verbal as well as business and investment writing skills with the ability to convey messages succinctly and effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment at an institutional organization.
