Objectives of the Position
Project Engineer - Electrical is responsible for supporting and implementing the electrical scope (MV, LV and ELV systems) throughout the full project lifecycle, including tender, execution and project closing stages. The role ensures that electrical works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contractual requirements, schedule, quality and safety standards.
Task and Responsibilities
Tender / Pre-Contract Stage
Participate in site survey and technical due diligence.
Review tender drawings, specifications and employer's requirements.
Perform quantity take-off and support BOQ preparation for MV, LV and ELV systems.
Identify technical risks, scope gaps and interface conflicts.
Support estimation team in cost analysis and value engineering proposals.
Execution Stage
Technical & Engineering
Prepare/ review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements for MV, LV and ELV systems
Prepare RFIs and technical clarifications with consultant/client.
Ensure compliance with IEC, TCVN, EVN and project specifications.
Construction Supervision
Supervise installation works including cable tray, conduit, cable pulling, termination, panel installation, earthing system....
Coordinate with CSA, HVAC and Process teams for interface management.
Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings and QA/QC procedures.
Monitor subcontractor performance and progress.
Testing & Commissioning
Witness insulation test, transformer test, relay setting and ELV functional testing.
Support energization activities under supervision.
Commercial & Reporting
Assist QS in verifying subcontractor claims.
Monitor electrical package progress and report to Senior PE / PM.
Project Closing Stage
Prepare as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
Coordinate final inspection and client handover.
Close punch list and NCR within required timeline.
Support final account submission and defect liability follow-up.

Project Engineer - Electrical chịu trách nhiệm triển khai và hỗ trợ quản lý phạm vi hệ thống điện (MV, LV và ELV) xuyên suốt vòng đời dự án bao gồm giai đoạn đấu thầu, thi công và hoàn tất dự án. Đảm bảo công tác điện được thực hiện đúng bản vẽ được phê duyệt, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, yêu cầu hợp đồng, tiến độ, chất lượng và an toàn.
Nhiệm vụ và Trách nhiệm
1. Giai đoạn đấu thầu / Trước hợp đồng
Tham gia khảo sát hiện trạng và đánh giá kỹ thuật giai đoạn đấu thầu.
Rà soát hồ sơ mời thầu và yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
Bóc tách khối lượng và hỗ trợ lập BOQ cho hệ MV, LV và ELV.
Nhận diện rủi ro kỹ thuật và thiếu phạm vi.
Hỗ trợ dự toán và đề xuất phương án tối ưu.
2. Giai đoạn thực thi
Kỹ thuật & Công nghệ
Chuẩn bị/kiểm tra shop drawing, vật tư và biện pháp thi công cho hệ thống MV, LV và ELV.
Chuẩn bị RFI và làm rõ kỹ thuật với tư vấn/chủ đầu tư.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn IEC, TCVN, EVN và yêu cầu dự án.
Giám sát thi côngGiám sát thi công hệ thống máng cáp, ống điện, kéo cáp, đấu nối, lắp đặt tủ điện, tiếp địa....
Phối hợp với CSA, HVAC và Process để quản lý giao diện.
Đảm bảo thi công đúng bản vẽ và quy trình QA/QC.
Theo dõi hiệu suất và tiến độ nhà thầu phụ.
Thử nghiệm và vận hành
Chứng kiến kiểm tra cách điện, thí nghiệm máy biến áp, chỉnh định relay và test chức năng ELV.
Hỗ trợ đóng điện theo quy trình.
Thương mại & Báo cáo
Hỗ trợ QS xác nhận hồ sơ thanh toán của nhà thầu phụ.
Theo dõi tiến độ gói điện và báo cáo cho Senior PE / PM.
3. Giai đoạn kết thúc dự án
Chuẩn bị bản vẽ hoàn công và tài liệu O&M.
Phối hợp nghiệm thu và bàn giao.
Đóng punch list và NCR đúng thời hạn.
Hỗ trợ quyết toán và theo dõi bảo hành.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Working Experience:
At least 04 years' experience in GC, industrial construction projects. Experience in LV system is mandatory; MV and ELV experience preferred.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Solid understanding of MV, LV and ELV systems in industrial/GC projects.
Knowledge of IEC, TCVN, EVN and local authority requirements.
Ability to perform quantity take-off and review BOQ.
Familiar with shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and RFI process.
Basic knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures for electrical systems.
Understanding of earthing, lightning protection and power distribution principles.
Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD and basic cost control tools.
Awareness of electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Special Requirements:
Willing to work at project site and travel when required.
Able to work under tight schedules and high-pressure environments.
Strong coordination skills with client, consultant and subcontractors.
Willing to work extended hours during critical activities (e.g., energization, shutdown works).
Committed to safety culture and zero-incident mindset.
Basic English communication skills for technical coordination.
Physically fit for site supervision activities.

Kỹ thuật Điện.
Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
Có ít nhất 04 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án GC, công nghiệp. Cần có kinh nghiệm về hệ thống LV; hiểu biết về hệ thống MV và ELV.
Kiến thức kỹ thuật và chuyên môn:
Hiểu biết vững về hệ thống MV, LV và ELV trong dự án công nghiệp/GC.
Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn IEC, TCVN, EVN và yêu cầu cơ quan chức năng.
Có khả năng bóc tách khối lượng và rà soát BOQ.
Thành thạo shop drawing, biện pháp thi công, submittal và quy trình RFI.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về testing & commissioning hệ thống điện.
Hiểu nguyên lý tiếp địa, chống sét và phân phối điện.
Sử dụng được MS Project, AutoCAD và công cụ kiểm soát chi phí cơ bản.
Nắm rõ tiêu chuẩn an toàn điện và quy trình LOTO.
Yêu cầu đặc biệt:
Sẵn sàng làm việc tại công trường và công tác khi cần.
Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực tiến độ cao.
Kỹ năng phối hợp tốt với chủ đầu tư, tư vấn và nhà thầu phụ.
Sẵn sàng làm ngoài giờ trong các giai đoạn quan trọng (đóng điện, cắt điện).
Cam kết tuân thủ văn hóa an toàn và mục tiêu không tai nạn.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản phục vụ công việc kỹ thuật.
