Mô tả công việc
Support tender preparation, including bid review, quantity take-off, cost estimation, execution planning, and project scheduling.
Develop technical requirements, review client specifications, and prepare technical clarifications/exceptions during tender and execution stages.
Monitor project progress and coordinate activities among Engineering, Procurement, Marine, Fabrication, and Construction teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Manage project scope changes, schedule impacts, and cost implications.
Coordinate communication and documentation among clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare technical documents, procedures, calculations, drawings, and project reports.
Supervise and coordinate hook-up and commissioning activities at fabrication yards and offshore sites.
Attend project meetings and support overall project administration and reporting.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or similar roles within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
Experience in hook-up, commissioning, offshore construction, or upstream oil & gas projects is an advantage.
Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera); familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.
Good command of English (equivalent to TOEIC 650+, IELTS 5.5+, or B1 level).
Willing to travel domestically/internationally and work offshore when required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or similar roles within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
