Project Execution Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To execute the projects in electrical distribution, including managing all aspects of the contract to ensure that it is completed and to deliver the result within the project's constraints (Scope, Time, Cost & Quality) which are basically in accordance to the contract.
1. Customer satisfaction and project profitability
2. Successful project execution by meeting scope, cost and schedule
3. Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project management execution
 Review the contract's terms and conditions.
 Verify costing sheet and prepare the planed costs, dashboard.
 Follow up the contract come into force & key in SAP system on time, accurately.
 Create Procurement Requests.
 Co-ordinate & communicate with Procurement, Logistic, Factory/ Hub, Finance, Field Service & Customer to execute the projects so that guarantee the compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract
 Identify, assess and monitor all risk factors and opportunities throughout project life cycle.
 Ensure all activities complied with Schneider's CPP, healthy, safety & environment policies
 Prepare the reports: monthly order intake & sale forecast, stock status, project review
 Keep the internal & external project stakeholders up to date on status, what's going on & reports
2. Assisting tendering/execution for complex projects
 Assist Project Manager/ Customer Project Manager/Quotation Manager to prepare supporting documents during tendering & executing large projects
3. Customer satisfaction
 Maintain permanently a high-performing customer relationship and manages a pro-active recurrent and positive communication.
 Produce a progress report for the customer if required and evaluates the level of satisfaction.
 Take appropriate actions to improve the customer satisfaction.
4. Project budget and profitability
 Responsible of the project profitability.
 Monitors and control permanently the expenses.
 Drive appropriates actions to comply with the budgets and to improve the Gross Margin and CCO
5. Invoicing and receivables
 Execute the project invoicing according to the contractual invoicing plan and Schneider internal rules
 Responsible for the regular invoicing plan updating. He is responsible of receivables recovery
 Drives in cooperation with Schneider dedicated organization, all the appropriate actions to recover the receivables.
6. Project scheduling
 responsible of project planning construction and updating. Each team member contributes to the planning construction and to his updating. All meetings related to the development and updating of planning are organized and conducted by the PM
