OVERVIEW
Account Executive works closely with clients throughout campaigns/projects, mostly on daily processes, managing administrative and campaign work, ensuring the timelines and budget meet expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-events:
Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements
Brainstorm with the internal teams (Creative, Planning, Media...) to come up with an idea/concept that meets the client's requirements and budget
Write proposals with quotation details and attend the presentation to the client, get feedback and finalize the proposal that meets their expectations;
Perform administrative tasks; arrange and join all the meetings
Participate in pitching, trying to win new projects for the company
During-event:
Make a to-do list, Masterfile... and allocate resources to execute the campaign
Writing MC scripts, following the timeline
Perform responsibly the assigned position when on-site
Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring that the communication process goes smoothly and efficiently
Manage work and expenses incurred during the event
Post-events:
Summarize costs and send invoices to the client;
Write reports for internal and client after the event; get feedback to evaluate the effectiveness
Maintain contact with all the clients to ensure the highest level of their satisfaction;
Stay up to date with competitor's activities and industry trends
