MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
Collaborate with Planner and Creative teams to develop quality proposals that meet deadlines and brand direction.
Manage project execution to ensure progress, budget, and quality are on track; handle changes effectively.
Coordinate with Production and partners for order tracking, service delivery, and onsite setup to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee contracts and documentation with the admin team to ensure smooth operations and financial processes.
Address client feedback and issues promptly and responsibly, offering effective solutions.
Report project progress and client status regularly to the
Account Manager.
Supervise onsite (including travel when required) to ensure events run as planned.
Contribute to process improvement and service enhancement initiatives.
