Mô tả công việc
• Project Leader is responsible for managing projects with scope from more 10 members.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed to make sure high quality of deliverable including managing requirements, changes, plan, schedule, resource; presenting and interfacing with vendors, customers.
• Building, training, coaching, motivating development team.
Yêu cầu
1. Must have:
• University degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experiences in software development included design, implementation, verification; 2 years experiences in manager position.
2. Nice to have:
• Experienced with Agile or Waterfall management model.
• Leadership, planning and organizational skills required.
• Strong skills in negotiating and communication both verbal and written.
• Technical experiences in projects using .NET, Java, Open Source (Ruby, Python, NodeJS, ...), Database (SQL, NoSQL, ...), ...
• Technical experiences in AI, Cloud, Mobile related projects are strong plus.
• Experience working with quality control model (CMMI) is strong plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Information technology or an equivalent is preferred.
