Mô tả công việc
The Project Management Intern will:
- Support process related tasks and documentation
- Proceed administrative tasks such as sending meeting invitations, preparing workshops, recording meeting minutes, following-up non-project pending points, and managing team's internal websites
- Support Organizational activities: engagement, buddy, newcomer support, automation documentation, etc
- Play a Key User role in one or multiple internal application(s)
- Support other ad-hoc tasks
- Learn various internal and external tools/applications to understand how project information is properly maintained in the Project Management Information Systems.
Yêu cầu
- Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months
- Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities
- Good communication skills in both Japanese (N3 or above) and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
