Mô tả công việc
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including scope, timeline, and resources.
- Establish project milestones and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Collect, organize, and maintain project data and records.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and milestones.
- Communicate with partner company for the project
- Work with internal and partner to prepare for a draft of a contract
- Other activities relating to the company's strategic partners/ customers.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect manager.
Yêu cầu
Education:
- Bachelor degree and above
Experience:
- More than 3 years of experiences of demonstrated career is MUST
- More than 2 years of experiences of demonstrated career in financial institution is plus
Knowledge:
- Very good relationship with local Banks.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Payment Industry is plus
- Understanding on payment industry is plus
- Active and aggressive performance
- Driven activity.
Professional Skills:
- Good interactive skill and basic English communication and above
- Good building strategic and action plan skill
- Good project management skill
- Good at documentation includes agreement, report, proposal
Competency:
- Full of responsibility and customer - oriented mind
- Proactive, team-work
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Travel for Business as required.
