1. Plan, manage, and track project timelines, resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
2. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans when necessary.
3. Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across multiple departments including Equipment, IT, Process, and Quality teams.
4. Work closely with functional teams to ensure project workflows, system logic, and data flows are properly designed and implemented.
5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
6. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin at 4 skills,
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, hardware/module development
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‐solving skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast‐paced environment
