Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for international clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead software implementation projects from project initiation to successful delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource planning.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Work directly with international clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Ensure project quality, schedule, and deliverables meet customer expectations.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or other project management processes where appropriate.
Prepare project status reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.
Continuously improve project management processes and delivery efficiency.
Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
