Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with client requirements, operator standards, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations. The Senior Architect will work closely with the Manager and Director to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Design & Project Delivery
• Lead projects through all design stages, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation, and IFC Documentation.
• Develop design concepts, spatial layouts, presentations, and technical solutions that meet project objectives.
• Ensure design intent, quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout project development.
• Review and oversee architectural documentation, drawings, and BIM models to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance.
* Project Coordination
• Coordinate with Clients, Operators, Architect of Record (AOR), consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design workshops, coordination meetings, and technical reviews.
• Ensure effective integration of architectural, interior, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultant requirements.
* Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure designs comply with project briefs, operator standards, brand guidelines, local regulations, and applicable codes.
• Review design deliverables to maintain technical quality, constructability, and consistency across all project stages.
• Support authority submissions, tender documentation, and IFC package reviews were required.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and
designers.
• Work closely with the Manager and Director to achieve project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented working environment.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key issues proactively to project leadership.
* Client Communication & Reporting
• Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project records, meeting minutes, comments trackers, and design review documentation.
• Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, risks, and milestones.
