Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Automotive, 3000 USD, ID19418):
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage new industrial projects in compliance with Hutchinson's internal control rules and IATF 16949 standards. Reporting directly to the Plant Director, the role involves coordinating with Sales, R&, Supply Chain, Industrialization, and Quality departments to meet SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer relationships and ensuring project alignment with Hutchinson Excellence System (Visible Planning, OBEYA)
Overseeing product design, validation, logistics, risk analysis, and quality planning
Leading change management for product/process evolution
Standardizing project management tools and databases for Hutchinson Vietnam
Organizing project reviews, reporting progress, and ensuring data accuracy
Promoting safety culture and environmental compliance
Preparing and passing internal and customer audits
Yêu cầu
Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)
Experience: 3-7 years in project engineering/management within an industrial environment
Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Korean or Chinese is a plus
Skills:
Strong leadership and transversal team management
Excellent communication and time management
Proficient in MS Office 365
Knowledge of automotive industry standards
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities
High initiative and autonomy
