Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Project Manager(Construction, ID-18213):
1. Project Oversight
Manage the entire project lifecycle: legal, design, permitting, construction, handover, and maintenance
Ensure alignment with company strategy, budget constraints, and market objectives
Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and make timely decisions
2. Design & Technical Management
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, compliant designs
Optimize designs for cost-efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience
Recommend technical solutions and control design modifications
3. Construction & Quality Oversight
Supervise all construction activities via M&E, site, and landscape supervisors
Ensure construction meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget requirements
Resolve technical issues promptly to prevent delays and cost overruns
4. Legal & Compliance
Manage all legal aspects of the project: land acquisition, permits, planning, and real estate law compliance
Liaise with local authorities to secure timely approvals
Monitor and mitigate legal risks throughout the project
5. Maintenance Management
Plan and oversee maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, and shared facilities
Support defect resolution and maintenance for handed-over units
Safeguard long-term asset quality and enhance customer satisfaction
6. Coordination & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal departments
Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and updates to senior management
Foster effective communication and collaboration across all teams
7. Team Leadership & Development
Build and train a capable project team aligned with company needs
Evaluate performance, support career development, and motivate staff
Cultivate a professional, cooperative, and positive work environment
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree inConstruction Managementor related field, along with relevantcertifications in Project and Construction Management
Minimum of5 years of experienceas aProject Manager or Senior Project Manager, with aproven track recordof successfully managingat least 5 large-scale development projects
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
