Project Manager Contractual Spares

The Project Manager has responsibility for key aspects of job process like review of the job loaded in ERP system, generation of material requests, follow up purchasing activities, requesting and coordinating packing activities, troubleshooting of project problems during the project. Composing the Budget and follow up actual figures against the budget. This extends to reviewing requests for quotation and detailed specifications, coordinating process inside/outside of the Company, obtaining quotations from sub-suppliers, estimating costs and man hours, preparing excel tables to monitor the project.
Area of Responsibilities:
• JET preparation; review of the JET loaded in ERP system
• Cost monitoring; work with cost estimators for costing of equipment to be purchased
• Budget monitoring; review and follow up actual figures with budget figures
• Supplier offer analysis; review quotations follow up with suppliers
• Follow up; responsible for ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely manner and according to the requirement of the project and company rules
• Negotiation with other departments; ability to effectively deal with other departments and able to communicate with them
