To take full responsibility for managing and executing ELV projects from the
initiation phase to final acceptance, ensuring strict adherence to the Contract and quality standards.
Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full ELV project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work directly with the Client/Investor, Supervision Consultant, Main Contractor and other dependent construction units.
Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate and manage 02-05 sub-contractors effectively.
Site Control: Oversee installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and final acceptance processes.
Issue Management: Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Change Requests, Claims, and Escalations.
Provide regular project status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Certification: PMP or PMI-CP is required.
Experience Profiles:
Minimum 5 years in ELV/ ICT/ Low Current systems.
Proven experience in large-scale/mega projects, preferably in Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, High-end Buildings).
Core Competencies:
Ability to manage the project technically end-to-end, from design review to commissioning and handover
Strong control of project financials (budgeting, cost, variations, cash flow) and procurement/vendor management.
Outstanding communication and coordination skills, and strong team leadership.
Clear logical thinking, able to solve complex problems efficiently.
Technical Expertise: Full knowledge of all ELV systems, including but not limited to:
Structured Cabling, ICT, Data Centers, Networks
CCTV, Access Control, VMS
BMS / IBMS
PA / GA, AV
Fire Alarm & Integration
Language Skills:
English: Communicative proficiency (Equivalent to IELTS 4.0 - 5.0).
