Mô tả công việc
Manage and oversee multiple field and engineering service projects across the U.S.
Coordinate internal teams (field engineers, protection engineers, subcontractors) to meet project timelines, scope, and budgets
Act as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Review and validate technical reports (relay settings, arc flash, SCADA, harmonic studies)
Ensure compliance with IEEE/NERC standards and safety regulations
Prepare project documentation (scope of work, schedule, risk register, progress reports)
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures
Support tender and proposal processes as needed
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management or engineering roles related to power system protection, high voltage substation, transmission line, solar plan, ...
Strong technical knowledge in:
High-voltage equipment and substation operations
Protection relay settings (especially SEL, GE)
Power system analysis software (ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, etc.)
Solid project management skills: planning, risk control, reporting
Willing to travel to the U.S. for short-term (4-8 week) assignments
PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus
Working environment:
Office-based with occasional site visits
Flexible hours aligned with client time zones, especially during key project phases
