Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and milestones to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in fluent English
Plan, prioritize, and review the user stories, technical design, and deliverables
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule
Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned, and completed on time

Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading
Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
