Project Manager English Good, Business Analysis

1. As a Software PM, you will:

• Lead end-to-end product development projects, from early discovery and idea validation to delivery and post-launch support.
• Work closely with founders and stakeholders to clarify product vision, refine business goals, and translate ambiguous ideas into structured roadmaps and execution plans.
• Act not only as a project manager, but also as a product-thinking partner - proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in both business and technical aspects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with product outcomes.
• Prepare and manage budgets based on scope, team structure, and delivery strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships professionally, serving as a trusted advisor rather than just a task coordinator.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement definitions, roadmaps, risk logs, and performance tracking.
• Measure project and product performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Nice to Have (Additional Advantage):

• Strong Business Analysis capability (requirement elicitation, stakeholder mapping, process modeling, product validation).
• Experience working in product studio environments or building products from early-stage ideas.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in project delivery (e.g., ChatGPT, coding agents, AI-assisted documentation, backlog generation, workflow automation).

• At least 3-5 years of experience in software project management.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English (ielts >=7.0). Be able to communicate with customer on daily basis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Scrum certification such as PSM I, CSM, or an equivalent certification.
• Demonstrated ability to:
  • Coordinate and facilitate meeting discussions effectively.
  • Proactively ask questions, clarify requirements, and define clear action items.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and team commitments.
  • Manage Jira, product backlog, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Prepare clear and well-structured reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
  • Communicate transparently and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
