Join a fast-growing InsurTech company to lead AI-driven claims automation projects across Vietnam and Hong Kong. This role combines Project Management and Business Analysis, working closely with insurers, TPAs, and cross-border teams to deliver impactful digital transformation solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects (3+ concurrent projects) across Vietnam and Hong Kong
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders including Hong Kong leadership and Vietnam engineering teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from insurers and TPAs
• Conduct process analysis and workflow mapping for insurance claims operations
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Lead implementation of AI-powered claims automation solutions (OCR, IDP, document processing, workflow automation)
• Support configuration and optimization of claims workflows
• Ensure compliance with claims adjudication processes and policy rules
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and requirement sessions
• Support pre-sales activities when required
Yêu cầu
• 3-8 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis preferred
• Experience in insurance claims operations or claims systems
• Proven experience in digital transformation, claims automation, or workflow automation projects
• Strong understanding of insurance claims lifecycle and adjudication
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Experience with AI/OCR, IDP, or automation platforms
• Experience working with Insurance industry or cross-border projects
