Mô tả công việc
Approach customers to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose suitable technology solutions.
Lead the organization and implementation of projects from initiation to delivery.
Manage and coordinate stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Control project progress and ensure implementation quality according to the approved plan.
Monitor project status, manage risks, issues, changes, and conflicts among stakeholders, and proactively propose solutions.
Organize project acceptance, product delivery, and prepare implementation reports in accordance with company regulations.
Support team members in orientation, skill development, and performance improvement.
Work closely with company leadership to allocate and prioritize project resources when necessary.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) or Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ level.
2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience managing projects using Waterfall / Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, ETC.
Ability to manage teams of 5 or more members.
Project Management or Agile certifications are a plus.
Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) or Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ level.
2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience managing projects using Waterfall / Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, ETC.
Ability to manage teams of 5 or more members.
Project Management or Agile certifications are a plus.
