Project Manager (Korean Speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients
Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation
Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling
Participate in presale activities:
Clarify requirements
Estimate effort/cost
Prepare proposals and delivery approaches
Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the delivery process improvement and project operation management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development/IT Outsourcing in PM role
Experience working with international clients
Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
Proficient in Korean communication
Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business-oriented thinking.
PMP certificate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in presale or solution discussions.
Technical/development background.
Experience working onsite or in customer-facing roles.
