To lead, support in the management oł commercial buildings & facility /factory maintenance
Manage. operate and supervise all levels of technical employees to comply with the process, operating regulations including legal and quality standards set by the company
Prepare periodic reports on the operation of the facilities and building at the request of superiors, the Investor, the Management Board.
Attend periodic meetings with representatives of the investor, the Board of Directors and tenants of each facility to gasp and implement the issues that need to be handled, improved, and periodically reported to management.
Coordinate with the accounting department to effectively implement the budget construction, budget management, procurement of goods, selection of tenders for services.
Coordinate with local authorities to maintain security and order in the building followed by the regulations
Handle incidents arising in the building according to the authorized authority
Supervise service providers of cleaning, protection and maintenance of landscapes to ensure quality the amount of service provided to the facilities/building
Supervising and evaluating the quality of staff, coordinating with the event department of the entire staff for the building/facilities.
