POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead AWS cloud infrastructure projects for Smart City initiatives, from requirement definition through design, development, PoC, and operations.
Manage project teams, including international members, and ensure effective communication of technical requirements and implementation plans.
Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to clarify specifications, resolve technical issues, and drive project execution.
Proactively research and propose appropriate technical solutions based on high-level requirements.

3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure / IT project management or a related technical role
Strong hands-on understanding of AWS
Experience with one or more areas such as CI/CD, networking, cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with:
GitHub Actions

Java / Python
YAML
GitHub, Confluence, JIRA
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, propose, and execute solutions independently
Good communication skills in English/Japanese
3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure / IT project management or a related technical role
