Job Description
- Task Management:
- Organize and manage the project's tasks, ensuring they align with the overall project goals and timelines.
- Prioritize tasks, assigning them to appropriate team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all communication between project teams.
- Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed to facilitate task completion.
- Delegate tasks to team members and oversee their progress to ensure timely completion and address any challenges that arise.
- Creating Jira tickets
- Agile Scrum
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Issue Collection, Discussion, and Summary:
- Collect issues or blockers that arise during the course of the project.
- Discuss issues with relevant stakeholders and find resolutions.
- Summarize discussions and decisions in formal documents (e.g., Word) and share with relevant team members.
- Ensure that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Onboard New Members:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
- Ensure new members are equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to contribute to the project effectively.
- Provide an overview of the project's scope, goals, and processes.
- Assign initial tasks and provide training or guidance as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
Key requirements for this position include:
- Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology or Graduated as an exceptional student from a high school dedicated to gifted individuals, with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, Mathematics Information, and Chemistry.
- The candidates win the National/International Awards is an advantage
- Trilingual: Proficient in English, Japanese and Vietnamese
- Being a key factor in transforming the project to achieve excellent results
- Add on skill about Agile & Scrum and project management
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Preferred requirement & certification
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
Personality Requirements:
- Hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure.
- Ready to work overtime.
