As a Design Project Manager for LUCKY CREATIVES team, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing design team to deliver exceptional results. You'll be responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet company requirements while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and design quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a dynamic team of 3D designers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving outstanding design outcomes.
• Supervise team works and plans and ensure all requirements are met to create detailed.
• Ensure compliance with company's design standards throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project delivery, addressing any challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Act as a key point of contact between the design team and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management design field, with a solid understanding of 2D & 3D design subdivisions and associated requirements.
• A desire to develop strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges.
• Prior experience in project management or team leadership roles is a plus.
