Role overview:
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the successful execution of projects. You will lead the Site Engineer team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate effectively across departments, manage subcontractors, and work closely with clients to meet their expectations at every stage. You are expected to proactively monitor progress, control costs, mitigate risks, and drive team performance, from initiation through to final handover.

Principal Functions and Accountabilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring progress, quality, and cost control
• Lead the Project Department, coordinate internal teams, and allocate resources effectively
• Work closely with clients (Employers, Supervision Consultants, Main Contractors) to meet technical and compliance requirements
• Supervise and manage external site teams and contractors; monitor performance and develop construction team capabilities
• Ensure site safety, quality standards, and smooth execution across all phases
• Lead site activities including meetings, reporting, and issue resolution
• Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out in alignment with client expectations
Yêu cầu
Qualifications requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Valid Certificate of Construction Site Supervision.
• Valid Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (Group ...) as required by local regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in managing construction or industrial projects
• Solid understanding of construction site processes, materials, and timelines
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong command of English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Willing to travel and supervise projects across Vietnam
• Problem-solver, results-oriented, and able to handle pressure
Skills required:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in cross-functional and technical teams
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines and limited budgets
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel) and CAD understanding
• Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Vietnam when required
