• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects and services for clients in Japan
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Yêu cầu
• 7+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar
role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management
software.
• Familiarity with IT systems, software development, or cloud technologies is an
advantage.
• Deep knowledge of the business environment and customer expectations in Japan
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing multi-regional teams and working in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
