JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the great candidates for role of Project Manager, with:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing CST international Jacks equipment for tank lifting, including Jacks allocation, shipping, stock, and maintenance
• Oversee all aspects of projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks to ensure the project is completed within target dates and budget.
• Working across departments, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors (if any) for the flawless execution of projects.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
• Generate/develop spreadsheets report, diagrams, and documents as per client's needs.
• Support sales and proposal team during the quoting phase.
• Continuously find ways to streamline workflow and optimize the process to identify best practices.
• Perform operations and transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical or civil engineering background is preferred)
• Relevant education/experience/training in project management. PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above is advantage)
• -5yrs experienced in field operation is a plus.
• Experience in tendering/managing the construction/industrial product projects is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native language.
• Solid organizational skills including detail orientation and multi-tasking skills.
• Familiarity with ERP system (D365)
