Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
Build, manage, and motivate cross-functional project teams including
developers, QA engineers, and
business analysts.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project performance using KPIs; track milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including regular status updates and steering committee reports.
Ensure timesheet accuracy, detailed deliverable tracking, and transparent accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage changes in project scope, timelines, and budgets; communicate and document adjustments as needed.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promote a positive culture, and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor team members, support professional growth, and organize team-building activities.
Participate in organizational process improvement initiatives and support Delivery Leader in enhancing delivery excellence.
Engage across multiple CLIENT engagements, ensuring resource alignment and delivery performance meet client expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations effectively, and serve as a primary point of contact.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to work confidently with global clients and stakeholders.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong client management and communication skills, with a service-oriented and results-driven mindset.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Experience working with clients from Japan, US, Europe, or APAC regions is highly desirable.
