• Build and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, sprint cadence, RAID logs, and release checklists.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategic Partnerships, Product/BA, Architecture, Security, DevOps, Frontend/Backend Engineering, QA, Data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track project scope, progress, blockers, change requests, dependencies, and acceptance status to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare weekly status reports, escalation summaries, and decision papers for leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure UAT, production readiness, cutover activities, documentation, and handover are completed on schedule.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master, or Engineering Program Management roles.
• Proven experience managing marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, data platform, or enterprise system development projects.
• Strong track record in managing vendors and internal technology teams, sprint cadence, release planning, UAT, issue tracking, and executive reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to read technical documentation, identify dependencies, escalate risks, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
