Project Manager

Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanoi.
The Project
Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and vendors. The role also involves supervising expediting activities, monitoring inspections, and aligning logistics plans with project timelines.
The Project
Manager prepares regular status reports, optimizes processes, and supports continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor experience and Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess inspection skills, including Inspection planning and oversight to maintain quality and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management to align material flow, transportation, and scheduling with project needs.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Additional beneficial skills include strong organizational and analytical abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency with project management software.
Experience working with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, as well as a track record of managing on-site projects, is an advantage.
