Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the delivery of NDS software solutions - bonbon shop, visibilityPRO, and deliveryPRO - from presales through go-live, ensuring each project meets its commitments on scope, timeline, quality, and budget. The role also partners closely with the Operation Lead to hand projects over smoothly into stable operation. We're looking for someone with strong ownership, solid stakeholder management skills, and the ability to keep complex B2B software rollouts on track.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Delivery Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of software implementation projects, working closely with BA, DEV, and QC teams to control project scope and manage change requests.
Run client workshops, support UAT/testing, conduct training, and guide clients through acceptance.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks; build mitigation plans and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Support the Sales team with effort estimation and delivery planning during the presales stage of new projects.
2. Quality Management
Ensure all deliverables, implementation processes, and handover results meet NDS quality standards and client commitments.
Review and approve deliverables, documentation, test cases, checklists, and training materials before handover.
3. Client & Stakeholder Communication
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Lead Project Review and Lessons Learned sessions before final handover.
4. Post Go-live Support & Continuous Improvement
Support the Operation Lead during the Hypercare period after go-live, ensuring outstanding issues are resolved before handover is complete.
Manage client change requests end-to-end - impact analysis, estimation, timeline, and acceptance - on time and to quality standard.
Continuously improve implementation processes, contribute to internal SOPs, and mentor new team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project implementation experience, with 2+ years specifically in a project management role - hands-on experience owning project scope, timeline, budget, and delivery for software implementation projects.
Proven track record of managing software implementation projects end-to-end, from presales/kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
Solid project management skills with the flexibility to handle change; familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and presentation tools.
Comfortable using at least one AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to support daily work - drafting, summarizing, research, and basic analysis.
Nice-to-have
Experience managing projects within FMCG, Retail, or distribution sectors is a strong plus
Experience with B2B software, ERP/CRM/POS/DMS implementation, or retail technology.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and risk management mindset.
Good written and spoken English for client communication and documentation.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Benefits:
Attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary and performance bonuses.
Clear impact and visibility - take ownership, drive growth, and make a tangible difference in a fast-growing startup environment.
Lunch allowance, holiday bonuses, and performance rewards tied to company results.
Full social and health insurance in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
Engaging culture with annual company trips, team-building activities, and monthly birthday celebrations.
Open and empowering workplace where your ideas and initiatives are always valued.
