Mô tả công việc
• Develop the Project Management schedule based on the Project's requirements
• Monitor and oversee team C&S, M&E and sub-contractor at site to meet construction completion schedule
• Scope includes C&S, M&E, electrical, air-conditioning, sanitary & plumbing and fire protection
• Manage staff in terms of expenses and administration of staff
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Assist in obtaining all required permits
• Ensure all job records at site are properly kept and are in order
• Attend and/or meetings with all related parties
Yêu cầu
• Male
• Bachelor degree (or above)
• Project management certificated is required
• At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Working location: Industrial Zone Vinh Loc 2
