Mô tả công việc
General: Define in detail all aspects regarding the new school starting from a green field, i.e. from setting up to operating a new school (Mai Nha Youth Support Foundation).
Detail:
Manage the project team members (School Director, Curriculum developer and partners) and work closely with them to ensure effective cooperation.
Work with the architect to define a proper layout of the school based on the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors and divisors.
Plan and supervise building the school.
Define furniture and equipment needed for the school.
Develop, file documents and keep tract of every stage of the project.
Recruit relevant resource for kicking off operation of the school.
Define program focusing on: English teaching, Life skill and Vocational orientation.
Get real involve as a School Head to ensure its operation: daily operation, teaching, safety, hygiene, communication, outside activities, student-parent-school interaction, school administration (students, teachers, HR, accounting, local authorities, sponsors and visitors).
Ensure full report to the board of Directors.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Experience setting up and operating a training school or similar.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience developing teaching or training materials.
Computer skills.
Requirements:
Candidates from Muine, Phanthiet or Binh Thuan are preferred.
Flexible work schedule, including some overtime and holiday as needed
Vietnamese Citizen.
